What are the hours of the Clubhouse?
Pool deck is open dawn to dusk.  Clubhouse office is open Monday through Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Why can't my child ride the slide?
You must be 48 inches tall to go on the slide.  This is a requirement set by the manufacturer and enforced by our  insurance company.
When are the pool heaters turned off?
In May.
How much does a barcode cost?
$5.00 (some restrictions apply) for registered vehicles.  New Homeowners recieve 2 free barcodes.
How much do Club ID's cost?
$10.00. If confiscated there will be an extra charge.
Can I enter the pool if I do not have my Savanna ID card but I have my drivers license?
No, unfortunatley a valid Savanna ID card is required at all times to enter the pool or to play golf.
How many guest can I bring to the pool with me?
You can bring up to 4 guest per household, not per ID card. There is a $10.00 fee for each additional guest after the 4, that includes children regardless of age.
How much does it cost to reserve a room at the clubhouse for parties?
It depends on which room you rent.  When renting a room, there is a $200.00 refundable deposit if conditions of your contract are met. Additional deposit required if more than 1 room is being rented.
How do I register my guests at the gates?
You can call the gates (main gate 954-349-8764) (back gate 954-659-9418) or you can go on the web-site www.savannafl.com and use the Gate Web Community Portal.  You can register your  guests and vendors through our web-site with your User Name, Password and PIN #. If you do not know your information all can be provided at the clubhouse front desk.
When and where are the Board Meetings?
The Board meets every third Tuesday of the month at the Savanna Commons Clubhouse at 7 p.m.
When are the board elections?
December 13, 2011 and it is being held at the Hyatt Regency Bonaventure.
Who is responsible for the swale tree in front of your home?
Homeowner.
Who is responsible for the mailboxes?
Homeowners.  For repairs or replacement call Beautifull Mailboxes at 954-792-6245.
Who is responsible for sidewalk maintenance and repair in front of your home?
Homeowner.
Can you make the association payment on line?
Yes, you can pay with electronic check for free, or with a credit card with an additional fee.
When is my payment considered to be late?
The payment is due on the first of every quarter.  The payment must be processed by the bank and posted to your account on or before the 15th.  Payments recieved without coupons will take longer to process. This includes bill pay payments.
Does the association issue coupon books for the Association payments?
No, the Association sends out quarterly statements due Janurary, April, July and October.
Who is responsible for bee removal?
On private property the Homeownner, on common areas the association.  If you are not sure call Property Management at 954-217-7740 and someone will come out and check for you.
Where can I get paint colors for my house?
In the Property Management office at Savanna Commons Clubhouse or the Sherwin Williams store located by Weston Road and Indian Trace.
Am I permitted to convert my garage into another room?
Only if you have a 3 bay garage you can convert one bay, but you have to fill out an architectual application and get approval from the association.
Can I park a commercial vehicle in my driveway?
No, there are no commercial vehicles allowed.  They must be kept in the garage.
When can I park my car on the street?
Sunday through Thursday you can park on the street anytime except 12:00 midnight until 5:00 a.m. Friday and Saturday you can park on the street anytime except between 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. If you need to permission to park overnight at the Commons you will need to come into the property managment office and  to get a parking pass.
When are trash pick up days?
Wednesday and Saturdays
When are recycle pick up days?
Wednesday only.
When is the next bulk pick up?
January 2011: Wed. 26 / Thur. 27 /April 2011: Wed. 20 / Thur. 21

Who do I call if I witness suspicious activity?
Call security. If you witness a crime call 911. 
My barcode didn't work today,  what could be the problem?
There are several reasons why barcodes do not work. You are going to fast for the scanner to read the barcode. Your lease expired or their could be a problem with your barcode. If you are experiencing problems daily, come to the front desk at the Savanna Commons Clubhouse and staff will assist you.
Can my family and friends use my Savanna swipe ID card?
Your Savanna ID card can only be used by you. These cards are not transferable and will be conficated by security when being used by someone else. Additional fee for confiscated cards will apply.
Why does security ask me for my Password and Pin # to schedule a guest when I am the one calling them?
In order to confirm you are the resident your Password and Pin # is required. Parents should be carefull with this information since kids can schedule anyone at anytime.
Can security watch my house while I am on vacation?
It is our pleasure. Broward Sherriff office will also perform home checks, just fill out thier "On Vacation" form and this service is free. Form is under the community information tab in the security section.
Are go-peds allowed in the community?
No, gas operated go-peds are allowed on the streets.  The police will issue a citiation.
My neighbors keep blocking my mailbox and my mail does not get delivered.  Who do I call?
If speaking to your neighbors does not work, then contact securtiy.
What do I do if I witness a tailgater?
If you are tailgated, allow the vehicle to pass by and then try to obtain the tag number.  You can either call security or e-mail the Director of Security  at .  You will need date, time of incident, which gate, what lane, tag number and  your vehicle discription so we can review the security camera footage and have BSO assist with the investigation.
What do I do when a party is too loud or out of control?  Who do I call?
