The Savanna Clubhouse will be going through a remodeling project. Unfortunately when this project starts we will not be able to rent the rooms for parties at the clubhouse. We hope to have room rentals available for January 2012.

Maximum Capacity for each facility is 35 people
Everglades West $50.00 for each hour
(4 Round Tables/kitchen) 28-35 banquet style
Everglades East $50.00 for each hour
(4 Round tables/mirror wall) 28-35 banquet style
Outdoor Patio $30.00 for each hour
(Poolside) 28 seated
Outdoor Party Pavilion $50.00 for each hour
(Bar area) 24 seated
Optional BB'Q Rental
(Available only for Party Pavilon area) $25.00 per reservation
Please Note:

The total party deposit and rental time is due upon reservation.

Minimum rental time is 3 hours ( not to exceed past 12:00 a.m./midnight).

A party supervisor is included in the room rental reservation. Also, a check-in and check-out sheet must be completed by the renter and the supervisor on duty.
- A damage deposit of $200.00 is required for each reservation (add'l room $25.00).
- Rental fees are calculated from the start time on the contract and time you leave the building. Set-up and clean-up time must be included in the rental time.
- Furniture is included in the rental price, but there is a limited number and it is not guaranteed to be available. In the case of simultaneous functions, the reservation made first gets preference.
- Guest list should be posted on "GateWeb" no less than 48 hours prior to party. Go to www.savannafl.com then double click on "Gate Web" and follow the simple instructions. Guard Gates should also be provided with a list of guests to help excess traffic in the visitor lanes.
